This versatile, coarse-textured grain concentrate, often referred to as “sweet feed” can be fed to horses, beef cattle and dairy heifers.

  • A fully-fortified grain concentrate with protein, energy, minerals and vitamins to support growth, reproduction and milk production
  • Formulated to a higher 16% level protein to support growth, training, showing and above maintenance activity
  • Fortified with essential macro-minerals, vitamins and trace minerals to support a strong skeletal system, stimulate the immune system and promote health
  • A blend of cane molasses and food-grade vegetable oil is added to benefit texture, improve palatability and increase energy
  • Oats used by Formax must exceed U.S. Department of Agriculture Number 2 standards. All oats are recleaned, aspirated and screened to remove any impurities prior to use
  • Only U.S. Number 2 corn is used by Formax --- damaged grain or corn screenings are not permitted in the plant
  • Contains no animal products
  • DO NOT feed to sheep or goats

This textured feed is intended for horses, beef cattle and dairy cattle where good quality forage is available. Feed Formax 16% All Grain at the rate of 0.5 to 1.0 lb. per 100 lbs. of body weight per day. Feed lactating dairy cows at the rate of 1 lb. per 3 lbs. of milk produced. Provide clean, fresh water at all times.
